HAJJ 2020 SHORT PERIOD PACKAGE

PACKAGE INCLUDES

Hajj Package Include

• Air Fares of HYD-JED-HYD or MED-HYD Direct or Via any Airlines (Subject to Availability)
• Hajj Visa
• Moallim Draft
• Full Board in Makkah & Madinah.Daily Meals-Breakfast Lunch,Dinner & Hot Tea will be served as Buffet in the Hotel Restaurant
• Round Trip Transportation in A/C Buses Jeddah-Makkah,Makkah-Madinah or Madinah-Jeddah.
• Makkah-Mina,Arafat-Muzdalifa,Mina-Makkah during the 5Days of Hajj.
• Ziyarat in Makkah Mukarrama & Madina Munawwara with Experience Guide.

Hajj Package Does not Include

• Qurbani is not Include, though can be arranged upon request and Extra cost.
• Transportation for Tawaf-e-Ziyarat is not Included.
• Wheelchair for disabled/aged persons should be arranged individually at their own cost. Tour Cost doesn't include it

FOR BOOKING

• Maximum amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
• All the payment to be made in Favor of M.G.Hajj Group by Cheque/Draft/pay order Only R.T.G.S.
• International Passport (Original)minimum having six months validity from traveling date at least till March 31-2021, No Hand Written Passport & Foreign passport will be Accepted.
• 4 Latest photos passport size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm & 2 Latest Photos visa size 4 cm x 6 cm
• Pan card copy, Aadhar card copy and please provide correct contact number & whatsapp number
• All(6)Photographs should be color with white background (For ladies forehead & ears should be visible)
• Last date of Submission of original Passport for Hajj Visa is 07-July 2020(16th Zil Qaidah 1441 H).

CANCELLATION PROCESS

• If the Cancellation made before Ramadan Rs.5000/- Per Haji will be deducted from your Account & remaining amount will be refund.
• If the Cancellation is made after Stamping of HAJJ VISA there will be No Refund, But Air Ticket amount will refund as per the Airlines Policy.
• All the refund will be paid by the Cheque A/c.Payee only (on the name of haji)

TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY

• Those Who have done Umrah & Haj in 2017 to till date they must have to Pay 2000 SAR Extra.
• The Tour cost based on Air Ticket, Foreign Exchange & Moallim Draft as calculated on Last year Hajj - 1440-A.H/2019.
• Any increases in tour cost like Air Fare, Foreign Exchange & Moallim Draft has to be paid by the passenger at the time of collecting passport.
• Child will be charged full Group fare only discount will be given on Air ticket according to Airlines Policy till the age of 11 years.
• All mentioned services will commence after reaching our accommodation in Makkah.
• At the Jeddah airport at least 8-10 hours time will be taken to complete the formalities.
• From Jeddah airport to Makkah building via Moallim office it take another 3-4 hours.

• The Tour cost has to be cleared before submission of Passport for Hajj visa 7 July 2020,(19th Zul' Qaidah-1441 A.H) Otherwise Your booking will be cancelled & your seat will be given to waiting list haji.
